Program Description

The School of Education’s Master of Science programs prepare candidates for diverse roles across the education field. Teacher preparation programs lead to initial and/or professional certification in Early Childhood, Childhood, and Adolescence Education with the option to add additional certifications such as Students with Disabilities. Additional offerings include The Master of Science programs in TESOL that leads to initial certification in ESOL , Literacy and Multilingual Studies that offers dual certification in Literacy and TESOL with the option to add Bilingual Extension, Educational administration certification programs that prepare experienced educators for positions as effective, equity-driven school leaders, as well as a non-certification M.S. in Educational Studies.
