Description

This course covers the basic elements of clinical interpretation, and indications of imaging techniques. Various imaging modalities including plane film X-ray, magnetic resonance, computerized tomography and radioisotope imaging are covered. Selection protocols for each are discussed to acquaint the student with advantages and disadvantages of each method and the type of information each technique best presents. This course focuses on the clinical interpretation and practical integration of imaging data into rehabilitation treatment regimen design and communication with other medical professionals.
