Description

The concentration of this course is the study of the developmental stages of childhood. The course will compare and contrast typical and atypical development, including the most prevalent pediatric disorders. Students will develop the clinical skills needed to perform assessment and develop intervention strategies. Laboratory experiences include demonstration of typical and atypical development, assessments and intervention techniques.
