Description
The purpose of this course is to provide the student with an introduction to the basic language, logic and methods of research, as they relate to occupational therapy. Specifically, the course will provide the student with a basic understanding of evidence-based practice, research ethics and the literature review. These skills will establish a foundation to initiate research projects that will be developed in future courses. This course will begin the process to enable the student to become an informed consumer of occupational therapy research.
