Free Form Requirements
Prerequisite(s): course, course, and course, course or course, course, and course, course with grades of B or better in the course sequence. Students must have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. Students seeking special permission that have not met the Prerequisite requirements must submit their request and rationale in writing to the Program Director for possible approval.
Corequisite(s): course must be taken concurrently with course.
NOTE: In the event that a student must withdraw from HLSC 303, they must also withdraw from HLSC 303A.
