Description
This course will discuss terrorism and political violence, with a focus on the analysis of historical, political, legal, social, cultural, religious, economic, and logistical issues that affect contemporary society, both in the United States and across the world. Furthermore, this course will discuss strategies, personalities, and social movements associated with terrorism and political violence. Students will be required to think critically, apply criminological and/or sociological theories to terrorism and political violence based on both logical reasoning and fact.
