This is a graduate level seminar where through class discussion, case analysis, and writing you will learn a variety of the main theories of organization with the goal of increasing your understanding of institutions and their environments, and how human behavior impacts and is impacted by these. An increased understanding of the existing systematic thought on the why, how, who, and/or when of organizations should increase your ability to diagnose issues and allow you to provide possible practical responses.
