Description

This course broadly examines the meanings of crime, criminology, and criminal justice relative to their intellectual environments, academic history, and place in the graduate educational and policy process. We will discuss the theoretical and paradigmatic traditions of criminal justice and address ways that errors may be made and prevented with the police, courts, and corrections.
