This examines the new standards procedures, processes, and practices specifically related to the administration of the teaching-learning process, an understanding of staff motivation as a contributing factor to the success of the teaching-learning process and will gain insight as to how to integrate technology into all curriculum areas. The observation process is studied in detail.
